Sonia Mehrotra heads the Centre of Excellence for Case Development at WeSchool. She is involved with Case teaching sessions and Human Resources vertical at Welingkar. Besides teaching she is an enthusiastic case writer with real time Corporate. Her case studies are published at Richard Ivey Publishing House and Emerald Publishing House. Her research has been presented at major International conferences as International Journal of Arts and Science at Massachusetts, Harvard, Boston. Professor Mehrotra’s teaching philosophy and research interest are deep-rooted in her 13 years of corporate experience in process designing with her stint at companies like Engineers India Limited and Punj Lloyds Limited. Her formal education includes a Doctorate in Management, an MBA in HR-Marketing and B.E. in Chemical Engineering. A certified RPL trainer from Hobart Technology, Australia, her research area of interest is in Work Life balance, Emerging Markets and Social Development Sector.
