Professor Mehrotra, a Linneaus-Palme Scholar, brings together 13 years of industry experience and over two decades of teaching and research expertise in management education. She adopts a learner-centric approach to teaching and is passionate about experimenting with different pedagogical tools including case method, conversation café (inspired by the World Café approach), and Appreciative Inquiry that help create dynamic and inclusive learning environments. An enthusiastic case writer, she has authored and published several teaching cases with reputed international publishing houses.
A Chemical Engineer by training, with an MBA, MPhil, and PhD in Management, Professor Mehrotra’s research interests span business models, social enterprises, marginalized communities, and circular practices.
Beyond academia, she is a regular swimmer and enjoys connecting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
