National Merit Scholar throughout his academics, stood University first  & awarded 4 Gold Medals and cash prizes at B.Com (Hons), MCM and M.Com. He was awarded the most prestigious prize “The Chitragupta Award” for standing first in Management Accounting by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. His Doctoral study on “Design and Development of Management Information System in selected Industries’ earned him a Ph.D Degree in MIS. Dr. Paila is Fellow Chartered Accountant & has 13 years of Corporate & 13 years of teaching and Research Experience, & his last assignment was at Mahindra & Mahindra as Associate Vice President. He is the Advisory Board Member of NHRD, Bangalore Chapter and National Treasurer at Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). He is a Rotarian presently Chairman – Youth Exchange Programs in R.I. Dist. 3190.  Dr. Paila’s key areas of specialization are Institution Building and organization  development, Creating and Marketing  corporate image and enhancing Brand Development, Design Thinking and Strategic implementation. Dr. Paila has presented & published 25 research papers in various National and International Journals. He is also recipient of Best Dean Award – 2013 from Dewang Mehta Business School Awards.
