He is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Managing for Sustainability and a Minor in Labour-Management Relations and Human Resources, with an expected graduation in 2025. Joseph’s academic focus on sustainability and human resource management reflects his commitment to fostering ethical and equitable workplaces. Joseph recently participated in the 2023 DEI Global Case Writing Competition — sponsored by the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan — where he and his team earned an Honorable Mention.
