Jannik Leon Pesch is a PhD student in Business Administration in the Department of International Business at Florida International University (FIU). He graduated with a BS in Business Management with a focus on international business from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2022, followed by an MBA with the same focus from FIU. Jannik’s research interests are currently developing, with a focus on MNE global strategic management, cross-cultural management, along with aspects of corporate governance and intrapreneurship. He is the president of the FIU Business Doctoral Student Association and a student ambassador for the Academy of International Business Programs Committee.
