Ahmmad Brown is Professor of the Practice at the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life at Tufts University, as well as an organizational change and development strategist. His practice and scholarship focus on how organizations and leaders identify and address inequality, and how external influences such as technological disruption shape these processes and dynamics. His academic work has been published in the Journal of Applied Social Science, Journal of Student Affairs Research and Practice, and Organization Development Review. His practitioner-focused work has appeared in the Stanford Social Innovation Review. Ahmmad holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University, and a BA in Sociology & Anthropology and Japanese from Swarthmore College.
