Gardner Bell counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities matters and filings. He works within a range of industries, including healthcare, senior living and manufacturing.
Gardner graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was the Bert Combs Scholar. At the University of Virginia, he received a M.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce with a concentration in financial services and a B.A. from the College of Arts & Sciences. Prior to his legal career, Gardner promoted financial and economic development in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indonesia, India and Ethiopia.
