Siddharth K. Upadhyay is a PhD student in the Department of Global Leadership & Management at Florida International University’s College of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University, India, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. Before pursing doctoral studies, he spend three years in the corporate sector. While his initial research was in international business strategy, his current research interests include diversity & inclusion, selection & recruitment and remote work, with a primary focus on disability inclusion and deep-level diversity. His work has been published in peer-reviewed business journals and he has also contributed to strategic management books.
