Kriti Pradhan is a full-time MBA student at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management and is scheduled to graduate in 2023. She is the President of the Desautels Graduate Women’s Association and a member of the Desautels Equity Diversity and Inclusion Alliance. She is passionate about people and creating positive social impact through her work. Prior to becoming an MBA student, she was Talent Acquisition Specialist at SNC-Lavalin, a leading Canadian engineering company, and has four years of experience specializing in Early Careers Talent Acquisition.
