Eileen Lopez Rider is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) performance consultant with the University of Michigan’s Organizational Learning unit, where she helps internal clients assess, develop, and deliver DEI programs. She has worked in higher education, non-profit, and for-profit organizations, leading DEI initiatives and launching large-scale online master’s programs. She received her Master’s in Education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education and Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University.
