Dr. Anuja Agarwal is an adjunct faculty member at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, specializing in General Management. With over 31 years of teaching experience in Computer Science, Design Thinking, and Innovation Management, she has also served as a visiting faculty at Malardalen University, Sweden, and SJMSOM, IIT Bombay.
Dr. Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, and a PhD in Management Studies. Her thesis was about applying Creativity, Design Thinking, and Innovation in Management education in India. She authored the best-seller “Design Thinking: A Framework for Applying Design Thinking in Problem-Solving,” adopted by top Indian B-Schools. In addition to over 30 research papers and book chapters, Dr. Agarwal has written case studies for the Banking & FinTech sectors and social organizations.
