Description

Argie Pomida, the manager of Viscaffe, is feeling jubilant as the campus gets ready to usher in yet another Visayas State University Anniversary. It was during last year’s anniversary that Viscaffe — the only coffee shop on campus — was launched. Since then Viscaffe has grown substantially. Nevertheless, the coffee shop may not have the capacity to serve all of the visitors that will be flooding campus. Pomida faces a decision: Is it time for the coffee shop to expand? If so, what would be the best growth strategy? Students must weigh all the options and devise the best solution.
