Description

This mini-case is an update to “Sealed Air Corporation”, a case published by Harvard Business School (HBS 9-582-103), which gave students a snapshot of Sealed Air Corporation in 1980 as the company wrestled with a product line expansion decision. This update brings students information from the last 30 years about the progress of the company. It describes the company’s growth as well as the management philosophy of the CEO, TJ Dermot Dunphy, who led Sealed Air Corporation through 20 years of the company’s 30-year evolution.
