Description

Fatima To is the owner of Lomi King, a family-owned restaurant located in Lipa City Philippines. She is thinking about expanding the business to new locations in Metro Manila, but she is plagued with questions of how she can maintain the high quality of the restaurant with multiple locations. She already has trouble keeping up with procuring fresh ingredients from the market and overseeing her crew of ten each day. Still, she wonders if she is missing an opportunity by not expanding.
