Paco Magsaysay, the protagonist of the case, is looking to grow his business outside the Philippines starting with the ASEAN region. He wants Carmen’s Best Dairy Products to become a truly global brand, but he is dealing with a major capacity problem within his internal supply chain, and he has yet to fully exhaust opportunities at home. Students are asked to identify with the protagonist and solve his main supply chain management issue.
