Description

Josef Singson started Roots as a school project for one of his entrepreneurship classes. The company, an online fashion retailer, carries men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, emphasizing minimalist design and comfortable fit. To date, he has released six collections of clothing, which he sells online through the aggregator Zalora site.  With reports on sales, returns and order cancellations, Singson wonders how he might be able to use business analytics to help him improve sales, profitability and inventory management.
