Andrea Santiago is the Basant and Sarala Professorial Chair in Asian Family Corporations in the department of strategic management at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). Her research interests include family business management, corporate social responsibility, sustainability entrepreneurship, and human resource management. From 2016-2017, she was Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at AIM and received her Doctor in Business Management degree from De La Salle University in the Philippines.
