Jordan Siegel has just joined the University of Michigan Ross School of Business from Harvard Business School, where he has spent the past 12 years as a faculty member teaching competitive strategy and global strategy.   At the Ross School, Jordan Siegel will be an Associate Professor of Strategy and Michael R. and Mary Kay Hallman Faculty Fellow, as well as a faculty associate with the William Davidson Institute.   Professor Siegel graduated from MIT with a Ph.D. in Strategy and International Management.   He specializes in the study of how companies gain competitive advantage through their labor market strategy.   Professor Siegel has done extensive fieldwork for his academic studies in East Asia and Latin America.   He has published his work in the top journals, including Management Science, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Review of Financial Studies.
