Colm Fay is the Program Management Analyst for WDI’s Scaling Impact Initiative. He is responsible for managing research projects focused on Base of the Pyramid (BoP) enterprise scaling and partnership ecosystem development. Fay has over eight years of experience in project management in the financial services and international development sectors. Before joining WDI, he managed the launch and implementation of a United States Agency for International Development- and Department for International Development-supported innovation fund for health enterprises serving BoP populations. Fay holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in natural resources from the University of Michigan.
