Oleksandr Svyryd is an international consultant with substantial experience in business, finance and commercial law. He has spent 7 years with Baker & McKenzie in the CIS region experiencing the rises and falls of businesses and societies in the post-Soviet countries. Having advised to both the international and local stakeholders he has acquired some unique insights of business, social and governmental transformations in the new age, at the edge of West and East. Oleksandr is currently based in Geneva (Switzerland). Oleksandr holds a combination of legal and business degrees. He has graduated from the top law school in Ukraine and then, as a Chevening Scholar, completed his Magister Juris degree at the University of Oxford (UK). Recently, he graduated from the top-ranking MBA programme at IE Business School (Spain).
