Description

This case features succession planning in a social enterprise. Alejandro “Butch” Lukban founded Globalpro Multipurpose Co-operative, a worker co-operative, fifteen years ago. Now, on the eve of his 61st birthday, he has thoughts about retiring but must first select a successor. Students learn about the four types of cooperatives and the sorts of skills that its executive directors need.
