DESCRIPTION: SC Johnson, a leading consumer products goods company, developed a patented process, Greenlist, to assess the environmental impact of its raw materials. The case study takes the reader through SC Johnson’s history and the development and improvement of the Greenlist process. It asks students what options the company has to license, share, or consult other organizations in implementing the Greenlist process.
